No-Data (ND) Codes

When a field value cannot be populated, CreatorLayer uses standardised ND codes instead of leaving it blank.

ND1	Not applicable — field does not apply to this obligor/platform	No
ND2	Not collected — CreatorLayer does not yet collect this field	Yes (−1 point)
ND3	Not available — data exists but could not be retrieved for this obligor	Yes (−1 point)
ND4	Not disclosed — creator or platform declined to share	Yes (−1 point)

Where ND codes appear

• platform_connections[].nd_code — when a connected platform cannot provide metrics
• cashflow_summary.revenue_monthly[].nd_code — when a specific month's revenue is missing

Why ND codes matter

Lenders can distinguish between "we don't have this data yet" (ND2) and "the creator refused to share" (ND4). This distinction affects:

1. Data quality scoring — ND1 doesn't penalise; ND2–ND4 do
2. Underwriting decisions — a tape full of ND4 may signal unwillingness
3. Follow-up actions — ND3 may be resolved by re-syncing the platform
